SHIPPING & RETURNS

Orders ship within 2-5 business days unless otherwise noted in the product description. Some of our products are made to order, which may take up to 15 business days to produce before shipping. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org with any inquiries in regards to lead time.
We only ship to the address on the invoice. Please make sure the address on the invoice is correct, including a legal name. Unregistered business names will NOT be accepted.
At this point, we ship to the United States, United Kingdom, Australia and Singapore. If you reside outside of the 4 listed countries and would like to order LeWhisper products, please contact us at email@example.com.
Most products will be shipped from China. We use SF EXPRESS, an established Chinese logistics carrier to ship all over the world. It usually takes 4-8 business days to the destination countries.
Certain products will be shipped from our warehouse in the US. Packages will ship via USPS priority mail, and generally arrives within 2-3 business days.
We will provide a tracking number after the order is shipped.
There is also an option of expedited shipping by DHL for an extra cost. It takes 3-5 business days to ship worldwide. Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org for details.
You will be responsible for shipping cost and taxes. Custom duties and fees may apply for international shipping.
RETURN / EXCHANGE
We accept return and exchange. Contact us within (5) calendar days of delivery, and ship it back to us within (30) days of delivery. Please note that all sales are final when a custom monogram is applied.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same (resell-able) condition that you received it. Please remember to retain the packaging until you’re sure you’d like to keep the item. Email us at email@example.com describing your issue in detail and identifying it as either a return or a defect. We will determine if you are eligible for a return or replacement.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, we’ll refund the purchase price, less the cost of return shipping (for example, any associated tax/service fee). Then a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 business days.
If you haven’t received a refund 7 business days from the date we contacted you, please contact us.
